As part of our ongoing commitment to support staff during the transition to off-site parking at Centenary, we would like to address questions that have been raised regarding the free parking program and provide an important update on its implementation.
We remain committed to ensuring that parking is provided free of charge for Centenary staff who have transitioned to the off-site lots at Morningstar and Consilium.
This change requires several operational adjustments to our backend systems, which are currently being finalized. For staff who have incurred parking fees during this transition, retroactive reimbursements will be issued. We will be in touch with you in the coming days to communicate the specifics of this process.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who have been charged during this period and assure you that this issue will be promptly resolved.
We encourage you to visit the Centenary Parking page on MyNetwork, which consolidates key information, helpful resources, and answers to frequently asked questions. This page will be updated regularly as new details become available.
Thank you again for your continued dedication to our patients, to one another, and to the future of our facilities in Scarborough.
